How will I receive payment?
Nirvana Tours and Logistics LLP ensures a hassle-free payment process. You will recieve payments directly through your registered bank account which is on a monthly basis. We will also contact you to provide clarity and reliability.
Vehicle maintainence and repairs process?
As a partner, it is your responsibility to ensure regular maintenance and repairs of your vehicle. We would encourage any repairs are addressed promptly ensuring the safety and comfort of our customers.
How many vehicles can I attach?
You can vendor with us using as many vehicles as you would like or on fleet on the basis of Nirvana Tours and Logistics LLP business capacity.
Will I be charged for any registration?
We value our partnership with you and therefore, we want to offer you a transaction that is seamless and convenient. Joining Nirvana Tours and Logistics LLP as a partner is completely free of cost.

What forms of payment does Nirvana Tours and Logistics accept?
In Terms of our Policy, the booking must always be made under the name of the renter. "The renter" must be the main driver who picks up the car.

How can I cancel or amend my booking?
We understand that you may need to amend or cancel your booking for many different reasons. Any cancellations for car rentals must be done 48 hours prior.
