As part of emailing us or using this business number to contact us, you will be required to provide additional details for e.g. car rental we would ask for your name, location of pick up and drop of to give you accurate fee information for your journey. You agree to this information being used by Nirvana Travels and Logistics to hereby confirm you are the client for which this booking will be made for.

For example, Nirvana Travels and Logistics operates a car rental transportation service through the use of our chauffers.

Nirvana Tours and Logistics is not liable for any discrepancy and deficiency in service by the service provider in any way or service type.

Users of this website can easily send us an email for any enquires about rentals and bookings. From time to time, Nirvana Tours and Logistics will add new services, change existing services and remove some services as well.

Cancellations:

We at Nirvana Tours and Logistics aim to provide an reliable service however, in an rare event for example, a car rental cancellation occurs we will refund you the amount paid via the original payment method to the user, if the order is cancelled after the payment is processed.

Payment options and Gateway Charges:

Nirvana Tours supports various payment methods like credit and debit cards, cash and cheque(Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Amex etc). Through payment in person with cash after your journey or payment machine using card payment as described above. It is essential you know that any bank charges processed (if paid in a different currency to the INR - the user will be liable and therefore, must check the charges and transactions occurred at their own cost). Nirvana Travels is not liable for any additional fees charged by your bank or financial institution at the time of payment.

All payments for services purchased via Nirvana Tours and Logistics have to be pre-paid. If the user refuses to pay the correct fee then the user will be held liable at the journey. Under, Indian Law Nirvana Tours and Logistics will hold the customer liable for any fees un-paid for booking through our service where consumed. Nirvana Tours and Logistics has the right to cancel a purchased service or any other purchased services if the user does not pay up-front or at the time of journey.

The company also reserves the right to charge 5% per day penalty interest for overdue charges which the customer is held liable for any transport services used, the same will be charged after reminders and notifications.

Booking confirmations:

The customer should not take any action based on information on the Marketplace until the user has received booking confirmation via email or telephone text message. In case of confirmations to be received by email, the user must look through their 'spam' or 'junk' folder if any confirmation has not been received under lining their purchase or transaction within the stipulated time period. Verification that the email has not been mis-directed is significant and if still not found then please contact our customer service and information helpline on +91.

If in instance, a booking confirmation e-mail or SMS gets delayed or fails because of any technical issues or as a result of incorrect e-mail provided/phone number by the user, a ticket will be considered 'booked' as long as this depicts the confirmation number in the user's email.

The total amount payable will be displayed to the user before making payment to the company Nirvana Travels and Logistics. Users are hereby informed that in any case of a booking request being rejected or any amount collected as payment will be refunded to the User's bank account for such payments. 

​

Any offer fares / group fares or any other fares are non-refundable, non-changeable under any circumstances for mini-bus rentals. In such bookings, more than one passenger is added in the same pre-purchased ticket. Names in this type of fare are updated between 8pm and 11pm. At least one night before the travel date. Hence, email confirmation will be received a day to a night before.

Users Responsibility and Liability:

Users shall be responsible for their own actions in utilising the services purchased by the user and Nirvana Transport and Logistics shall not be liable for any such action. Nirvana Tours and Logistics is only provided a platform for communication and it is agreed that the contract of service shall be strictly between the vendor and user.

The user represents they are of legal age to form a binding contract with Nirvana Travel and Logistics and is not barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India.

Complaints Handling:

Any complaints received, upon receiving we shall inform the relevant persons and request for an explanation. Users are required to refrain from raising frivolous and baseless complaints. 

 

Nirvana Travels and Logistics reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy or comply with any applicable laws, regulation or legal process, governmental request or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials in whole or in part in Nirvana Tours and Logistics sole discretion.

In no event shall Nirvana Tours and Logistics it's directors, employees, partners be liable to the user and the vendor for any third-party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, including any that result in a loss from use, data or profits whether this is foreseeable or Nirvana Tours and Logistics has been advised on any theory of liability, including breach of contract, negligence or any claims arising out or in connection with User's purchase of the services.

Promo codes:

Nirvana Travels and Logistics may generate promotion codes from time to time which may be sent via SMS or on the site for a discount code, if and where applicable Nirvana Tours and Logistics at its discretion could add new promo codes, change or withdraw existing ones without any prior notice. In case of any dispute with a party, Nirvana Travels and Logistics decision will be binding and final.

Conditions of Logistics and Transport:

Nirvana Tours and Logistics LLP (hereinafter referred to as “the carrier” is not a common carrier and accepts good for carriage upon acceptance of terms and conditions as listed below. These terms and conditions will not be altered by any agent of the carrier as unless expressed in writing to do so.

“Agent” shall mean all agents, servants and affiliates which the respective party employs to perform any of its duties hereunder.

“Contract” means any contract that is made in writing between the parties in relation to transport, freight and logistics and/or relating to services with the exception of a contractual relationship between the parties which is governed by a Logistics frame agreement.

“Party” means the contractual relationship between Nirvana Tours and Logistics LLP and the purchaser, “Party” means either one of these.

 

Services of Nirvana Tours and Logistics LLP:

Nirvana Tours and Logistics LLP shall perform the services in accordance with all stipulations of contract.

The services provided by Nirvana Tours and Logistics LLP shall comply with the best practises and standards in the relevant trade, applicable at the time and relevant services provided.

Where the services include the transport of goods, Nirvana Tours and Logistics LLP shall timely co-ordinate the delivery of such services.
